Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine

What do we do? The Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine sees children of all ages who have respiratory (lung) problems. Detailed assessments that include reviews of previous evaluations as well as appropriate testing are performed. The testing may include assessments of lung function as well as radiographic studies and direct examination of airways through bronchoscopy.

Why National Jewish Health? The goal for all of our patients is to establish a diagnosis in terms of the pulmonary problem, and develop a plan of care that will allow the child to be as symptom-free as possible. Consultations as well as ongoing care are provided depending on the needs of patients and their families and physicians.
