Disease Management Educational Materials
National Jewish Health has devoted extensive efforts to developing a series of comprehensive patient/member education materials and self-management plans aimed at educating individuals with respiratory disease. The comprehensive, but easy to read, materials give individuals the skills they need to manage their condition and symptoms in a proactive manner with confidence. Many of our materials are also available in Spanish and several are available in low literacy versions.
