Disease Management Educational Materials

National Jewish Health has devoted extensive efforts to developing a series of comprehensive patient/member education materials and self-management plans aimed at educating individuals with respiratory disease. The comprehensive, but easy to read, materials give individuals the skills they need to manage their condition and symptoms in a proactive manner with confidence. Many of our materials are also available in Spanish and several are available in low literacy versions.

Understanding Series

The National Jewish Health team of pulmonologists, allergists and pediatricians provided their input and oversight during the development process of our education materials and self-management plans. Currently we offer the following comprehensive health information booklets in our Understanding series:

  • Coping with COPD
