Gerri Cohen is the President of the Geraldine and Alvin Cohen Foundation, an independent foundation established in 1999.
Mrs. Cohen received a degree from Stephens College in Missouri and attended the University of Denver.
Mrs. Cohen served on the Boards of the Denver Symphony Orchestra,
Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens and the Park People, and
currently serves on the Board of the National Repertory Orchestra and
the Board of the Altitude Research Center at the University of Colorado
at Denver and Health Sciences Center.
Her late husband Alvin L. Cohen was a former National Jewish Health
Board Chairman, and Mrs. Cohen continues her longtime support of
National Jewish Health, which named its outpatient adult clinic for the
Cohens.
Mrs. Cohen has four children and 10 grandchildren.
